We had a fine stay of 7 nights.
The location was good and incredible, at a moderate distance from Tha Phae Gate. Every member of the staff was accommodating. The room was comfortable modern and it had shower facilities, free toiletries and bath sheets, that's cool.

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars just a short walk away. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a lack of windows, we had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy king-size bed and welcoming amenities like complimentary water and extra toilet paper. the hotel's location was also great, close to the city center and within walking distance of various attractions and markets. Plus, the staff at the nearby tour desk were friendly and helpful, making it easy to book excursions and transportation.
there were no windows in the room, which made it feel a bit stuffy and lacking in natural light. the staff at the hotel were not very knowledgeable or accommodating when it came to providing information about transportation options, leading to us finding cheaper alternatives on our own.
