The location was good and incredible, at a moderate distance from Tha Phae Gate. Every member of the staff was accommodating. The room was comfortable modern and it had shower facilities, free toiletries and bath sheets, that's cool.

there were no windows in the room, which made it feel a bit stuffy and lacking in natural light. the staff at the hotel were not very knowledgeable or accommodating when it came to providing information about transportation options, leading to us finding cheaper alternatives on our own.
